The People Behind SoGo Music
SoGo Music is more than a collection of websites. It is a family of ministries built from a lifelong love for Southern Gospel music, Church music, and serving the local Church.
Dr. Clint Kerns, MSM, ThD
Founder • SoGo Music
Dr. Clint Kerns has served in Christian ministry for more than 45 years, with preaching and music ministry at the heart of his service throughout those years. From his earliest years in ministry, he has worked with church choirs, musicians, and local churches, combining a love for the Word of God with a lifelong passion for music that honors Christ. He has preached and worked with church music throughout his ministry and has helped conduct choir and music workshops across the country. He holds two earned master’s degrees, a Master of Sacred Music and a Master of Theology, as well as a Doctor of Theology degree.
His heart for SoGo Music grows out of more than four decades of serving the Lord and the local church. Through preaching, Southern Gospel music, choir ministry, music resources, radio, video, and Christian music education, his desire has remained the same: to lift up Christ, encourage God’s people, and provide practical resources that strengthen local churches and those who serve in them. SoGo Music brings those years of ministry and those passions together under one mission, using music and media to honor Christ and help another generation Listen. Watch. Sing. Learn.
Donna Kerns
Co-Founder • SoGo Music
Donna Kerns is an accomplished church pianist and music transcriptionist with more than 55 years of experience at the piano. She provides the music transcription for Church Choir Music and has also transcribed and prepared music for numerous Southern Gospel songwriters and ministries. Through the years, she has helped conduct church choir and music workshops across the country and has taught literally hundreds of musicians to play the piano and strengthen their skills. Her experience, musicianship, and practical understanding of church music have earned her great respect among church pianists and musicians.
Donna and her husband, Dr. Clint Kerns, have been married for more than 40 years and have served side by side in ministry throughout their marriage. Whether accompanying a congregation, working with a choir, arranging and transcribing music, or teaching another musician, her heart has remained the same: to use the gifts God has given her to honor Christ and serve the local church. That same passion is an important part of the vision behind SoGo Music and its commitment to Listen. Watch. Sing. Learn.

Will Ramey
On-Air Personality & Music Coordinator
Will Ramey has a passion for both ministry and music and is actively serving the Lord as a young preacher. At 23 years old, he regularly assists in ministry, fills the pulpit when needed, and has opportunities to preach in other local churches. His love for Southern Gospel music, preaching, and serving the local church makes him an important part of the SoGo Music team and its mission to honor Christ through music and media.
Will also plays a key role in SoGo Music’s growing video and media ministry. As a drone pilot and one of our primary on-location videographers, he works both behind the camera and, occasionally, in front of it. From interviews and special features to original video content, Will helps capture and share the people, music, and ministry that make up the SoGo Music family.
Jeremiah Ward
On-Air Personality & Music Coordinator
Jeremiah Ward has a heart for ministry and a deep love for Southern Gospel music. At 29 years old, he is an active preacher who regularly assists in ministry, fills the pulpit when needed, and preaches in other local churches. Though part of a younger generation, Jeremiah is something of an “old soul,” with a special appreciation for the classic groups and songs of Southern Gospel while also enjoying the great music being produced today.
Jeremiah brings that love for music and ministry to the SoGo Music team as an on-air personality and music coordinator. His knowledge of Southern Gospel, appreciation for its heritage, and enthusiasm for its future make him a natural fit for the SoGo Music family. Those who know Jeremiah also know his familiar answer when asked how he is doing, regardless of the circumstances: “Greatly blessed and highly favored.”
